REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS
As we are a business-to-business supplier, we can only offer refunds if your item is damaged or faulty. We are unable to offer refunds for any items that have been altered or personalised in any way.

Where a refund is required, this will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will first try to substitute for a similar item. If this is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours or your order being placed to advise that we will issue you a refund onto the payment method you originally paid with.
